You can also book an appointment by visiting the Advice Zone on your campus, where they can assess your needs and refer you to appropriate support.
Please email progression@southwales.ac.uk if you are unsure whether we are the right service for you.
Once you have booked an appointment you will receive a confirmation email which will give you the option of switching to a Skype or telephone appointment if you prefer.
If you wish to have an appointment in Welsh please let us know.
Cancelling your appointment
If you can’t keep an appointment please cancel it using Advice Zone Online at least four hours in advance. This is so we can use the time to support other students.
If you are more than fifteen minutes late for an appointment, you will not be able to see the adviser on that day and must re-book an appointment. At busy times, this could delay our ability to see you for several days or even weeks. To avoid frustration, please arrive on time to ensure your support is not delayed unnecessarily.
