Using Google Drive to store files

Google Drive is provided as part of your student account. You don’t need to install anything and you can use it to store or share any type of file on the web (up to 30GB in total).

  • You can also download the Google Drive app on your personal devices but not on campus equipment/in PC Labs.
  • Google Drive apps and extensions are not available through your University Google Drive.

Google Drive IS NOT A COMPLETE BACKUP SYSTEM. To back up your files you should keep copies in at least two different places.
