The Advice Zone offers a welcoming first point of contact for all your student enquiries

About Us

We provide fast, accurate advice, so you can focus on what matters most: your studies.

You can ask us how to change your course, contact your tutor, take time out or apply for Extenuating Circumstances.

Our team also issues ID cards, gives directions, helps you to register with the Health Centre, borrow a laptop, pay your fees online, print your own letters and use the self-service machines.
